Fieta Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Fieta started their career as an Operations & Compliance Assistant at Cornerstone Advisors, Inc. in 2003, where they provided executive support and established disaster recovery plans. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an Assistant to the VP of Operations at Port Blakely Communities, managing office operations and creating employee orientation programs. Fieta then joined the University of Washington as a Manager & Executive Assistant, overseeing research funds and supporting the ACOS for research and development. In 2010, Robinson became an Executive Assistant at Intellectual Ventures, handling complex calendars and assisting with business models. Fieta then moved on to Cascade Public Media as a Senior Executive Assistant & Manager from 2013 to 2016, focusing on business efficiency and staff development. Currently, Robinson is the Director of Administrative Operations and Culture at KUOW Public Radio, where they plan and coordinates administrative and financial activities and leads efforts for a safe and anti-racist work environment. Overall, Robinson has demonstrated strong organizational and managerial skills throughout their career.

Fieta Robinson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Long Island University in 2002. Fieta has also obtained additional certifications in Transformational Leadership from Racing to Equity in 2021, Supervision from the University of Washington in 2019, and Project Management from Bellevue College in 2013.
