Diane Parks

Diane Parks serves on the Board of Directors for Kura Oncology, Inc. since October 2019, and as a Board Member for Celularity Inc. since August 2022. Additionally, Diane has held positions on the boards of Soligenix, Inc. and Calliditas Therapeutics AB since July 2019 and May 2019, respectively, and was Director for the Lymphoma Research Foundation from July 2020 to July 2023. Other former roles include membership on the Board of Directors for TriSalus Life Sciences until July 2023 and CTI BioPharma until June 2023. Previous executive experience includes SVP, Head US Commercial at Kite Pharma, Inc. from February 2016 to July 2018, and Vice President Marketing at Pharmacyclics from October 2014 to October 2015. Diane also served as Vice President Sales at Amgen from 2007 to June 2014. Diane holds an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and a BS from Kansas State University.
