Dr. Horacio Sanchez Salinas has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Strategic Operations, Transformation and Innovation Lead at Kuraray America, Inc., a global leader in specialty chemical production. Prior to this, they were involved in the education sector as part of the College of Doctoral Studies Mentorship Program at the University of Phoenix, where they aimed to strengthen connections and provide support to students and alumni. Dr. Horacio Sanchez Salinas has a diverse education history. In 1998, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Universidad del Valle de México. Following that, they pursued another Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Universidad Anáhuac in 1991. In 2005, Dr. Sanchez completed a Master's degree in International Management from the University of Phoenix.
Continuing their education, they obtained a Doctorate in Business Management and Organizational Leadership (DM) from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business Management and Organizational Leadership. Dr. Sanchez also attended the Harvard Business School, where they acquired a Certification in Negotiation in 2017. Dr. Horacio later supplemented their knowledge with a Certification in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online, expected to be completed in 2023.
