Frank Taylor has over 25 years of work experience, starting with their service in the United States Marine Corps. After leaving the military, they worked as a Contract Analyst for Continental Airlines before becoming an Attorney at ASCO US, LLC. Frank then served as an Independent Legal Consultant at Continental Airlines, where they developed contracts and managed the implementation of the Ariba Contracts Management System. Following this, they worked as an Associate General Counsel at Insperity. In 2012, Frank became the General Counsel at Mission Well Services, LLC, where they provided legal advice and ensured compliance with state and federal laws. Frank then served as the General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Colt International LLC, overseeing legal matters and corporate governance. Currently, Frank is the Director of Corporate Governance and Corporate Counsel at Kuraray America, Inc., where they handle legal matters, compliance, and risk management for the US subsidiary and supports subsidiaries and affiliates in Latin America.

Frank Taylor earned their JD degree in Law from the University of Houston Law Center from 1997 to 2000. During the same period, they also obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Prior to that, Frank earned a BS degree in Political Science from Campbell University from 1996 to 1997.
