John Siepelinga

John Siepelinga began their work experience in 2005 at DuPont, where they held various roles including North America Sales Planning Manager, Global Supply Chain Manager, and Operations Business Leader. In 2014, they joined Kuraray America, Inc as the Senior Director of Global Operations, overseeing 7 manufacturing sites and ensuring quality management systems were implemented. Currently, they work at Kuraray as the Global Digital Transformation Leader, responsible for developing and executing the corporate digital strategy.

John Siepelinga attended the University of Windsor from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. John also holds additional certifications, including "The Future of Performance Management" from LinkedIn and "Certified Professional in Agile Coaching" from ICAgile. John is also certified by the APICS Supply Chain Council in both "Certified Supply Chain Professional" and "Certified in Production and Inventory Management."
