KUREHA CORPORATION is a Japan-based company that mainly offers functional, chemical and resin products. It has five business segments. The Functional Products segment provides functional resins, carbon products, polyglycolic acid resins and polyphenylene sulfide resins. The Chemical Products segment provides organic and inorganic chemicals, pharmaceuticals and agrichemicals. The Resin Products segment offers food wrapping materials, household products and synthetic textile materials. The Construction-related segment is engaged in the contract works for civil engineering and building construction, as well as the design and construction supervision of industrial equipment and the environmental conservation business. The Others-related segment is involved in the treatment for industrial wastes, the analysis and measurement of materials, the environment assessment, as well as the sale, leasing and management of real estate, among others.
