Terry Vandewarker

Terry has a broad background in operations, finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has served as lead independent director, Chairman of the Audit committee, and as a board member on several companies, including three companies in the medical field – Inamed, Isolagen and Ivera. In addition, he has held various leadership levels including as CEO, COO and CFO at private and public companies. He has been the CEO at Encad, a public company, the President of a division of Eastman Kodak, and the CFO of several companies ranging from venture backed startups to established companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Riverside.
