Carlos Lau is the Founder & CEO of KURIOS, a company that provides expert training and guidance for companies in Latam. With experience as an advisor in multiple startups and at Banco de Crédito BCP, Carlos has a background in advising on digital, product, and growth strategies. Their previous roles at UTEC Ventures, Uber, Amazon, Credicorp Capital, and Banco de Crédito del Peru have equipped him with valuable experience in operations, product marketing, financial advising, and business banking. Carlos holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Tech, and Innovation from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Piura.
