Transform Your Health and Well-Being with Kurisko and Company

At Kurisko and Company, we are passionate about equipping you for transformational health and well-being in your mature years. Our one-on-one coaching, corporate wellness offering, and focus on a WFPB lifestyle make us an authority on individual and corporate health and wellness.

We emphasize a Whole Foods Plant-Based lifestyle because it’s backed by the most robust, sophisticated nutritional research available. We believe that a plant-based diet is key to unlocking the robust health and vitality you desire. This approach to nutrition provides numerous benefits, including reduced risk of chronic disease, improved digestion, weight loss, and increased energy levels.

We strive to live and model aspirational aging, which moves away from a sick model mindset toward a healthier outlook and approach to disease prevention and reversal. We endeavor to equip you with the tools and resources needed to live your life with vitality and energy, no matter your age.

Corporate Wellness

Kurisko and Co have partnered with WellSteps to bring you a corporate wellness program fine-tuned to the most relevant, science-based nutritional research. Together, we support facilitators tasked with employee wellness by providing corporate-based programs and employee change initiatives. We focus on six pillars of wellness (physical, mental, social, nutritional, financial and occupational) to deliver an outcomes based program backed by solid date, robust reporting and a program quarantee.* Our goal is to partner with our clients to improve employee awareness, enhance employee engagement and produce positive results that enhance wellness in the individual life and throughout the organization.
