Stephen Harrison

Stephen Harrison is the current Executive Director at Kurn Hattin Homes for Children, a position they have held since August 2015. Prior to their current position, they served as the Executive Director of Central Maryland Regional Transit from October 2014 to August 2015. From January 1992 to December 1995, they were the Director of Residential Life at Sacred Heart University. Stephen served as Headmaster of Independent Episcopal School from June 2009 to June 2014 and again from July 2001 to June 2007. Stephen was also the Assistant Head of School and Middle School Director at Independent School from July 1997 to June 2001 and Dean of Students, Director of Residential Life, Stephen'story Teacher, and Coach from January 1995 to December 1997. Prior to their work in education, Harrison served as the Head Houseparent and Stephen'story/PE Teacher at Independent Choir School from January 1986 to December 1989 and Assistant Director of Coalition for Peace (and Nuclear Disarmament) from July 1984 to July 1986.

Stephen Harrison has a Master of Divinity from the Princeton Theological Seminary, a BA in Political Science and Government from Anderson University, and no degree from the United States Naval Academy.
