Currently serving as Vice President of the Board at Kurtsan since June 2015, Dr. Karayalcin oversees a workforce of 500 and a diverse portfolio of over 200 products in the pharmaceutical and personal care industries. Previous roles include Executive Board Member and Director of Strategic Planning at Istanbul Kultur University, as well as various positions at Arçelik Global and Whirlpool Corporation, where a focus on sales development, trade marketing, and retail optimization was prominent. Dr. Karayalcin holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration from Geneva Business School and multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions such as LSE and Harvard Business School.
