Elif Celik

Elif Celik has extensive experience in leadership and management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as President of the Board of Directors and Independent Board Member at Kurtsan and Centurion Pharma respectively, and as Founder & President of NEVOFARMA, Elif also leads Three D Consulting, which was founded in February 2019. Previously, Elif held significant roles at Eczacıbaşı Holding as Executive Vice President, overseeing five companies within the healthcare group, and served as General Manager at both Eczacıbaşı-Baxter and Zentiva. Educational qualifications include executive education in Finance from London Business School and Authentic Leadership from Harvard Business School, along with a degree from Istanbul University.
