James H.

James H. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. James co-founded Kurve in 2019 and currently serves as the Operations Director. Prior to that, they worked at Cypad from 2013 to 2019, where they held various roles including Service Delivery Manager and IT Project Manager. During their time at Cypad, the company grew to become a leader in meal management solutions and was subsequently acquired by the ParentPay Group. Before Cypad, James worked as an IT Service Desk professional at Elemis from 2011 to 2013. James also has experience as a Design Consultant at Premiere Kitchens from 2009 to 2011 and as a Business IT Support professional at Markey Group from 2007 to 2009.

James H. started their education at The College of Richard Collyer from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Information Technology, Graphic Design, Music Technology, and Photography. James then went on to pursue a BSc in Business Information Technology at the University of Gloucestershire, graduating in 2008.

In terms of certifications, James obtained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in April 2009. Subsequently, they achieved the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in May 2015. James then obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate in Project Management from the same institution in October 2016. Additionally, James completed the Getting Started with Agile and Design Thinking course from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in October 2017. Lastly, they obtained the Emergency First Aid at Work certification from St Johns Ambulance in November 2016.
