Tom S. McDowell

Tom is a skilled and accomplished COO with forty years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, investment banking, and mergers & acquisitions for established and start-up companies. He has consulted with over 25 startups and early-stage companies in the software, telecommunications, financial management, retail, manufacturing, consulting and distribution industries. Through his expertise in creating function in dysfunctional accounting structures, Tom has been highly regarded in the private equity industry. He has helped stabilize and grow a variety of businesses, developing business valuation models, financial management controls, client-facing analysis models, and company-specific templates for offering memorandums.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a licensed CPA (inactive) in Washington State and California. His expertise and passions include strategic planning, project management, contract negotiations, and expense control, which he also utilizes as a licensed real estate broker.
