Roger Court

Roger Court has over 15 years of work experience in various sales-related roles. Roger started their career as an Inside Sales representative at KR West Co in 1990, where they worked until 1998. During their time there, they handled customer inquiries and sales orders.

In 1998, Roger joined Voith Paper as a Spare Parts Coordinator, where they worked until 2005. In this role, they collaborated with engineering to provide customers with recommended spare parts for their purchased equipment. Roger also managed paper mill/machinery accounts within a specific region and conducted research to fulfill customer requests for paper machine parts.

After Voith Paper, Roger joined Kurz Industrial Solutions in 2005 as an Inside Sales/Motor Specialist. Roger served as the main point of contact for motor orders and quotation requests, overseeing inquiries for several large OEM and non-OEM accounts. Roger was responsible for following up on open quotations.

Roger Court attended Menasha High School from 1974 to 1977, where they did not pursue a specific field of study. Later, from 1986 to 1989, they attended NWTC (Northeast Wisconsin Technical College) and focused on Accounting.
