James Wyatt

James Wyatt has worked in two companies: KUSCO since 2015, where they are a Building Quality Inspector/Project Manager, and Lansbury Estates Ltd since 2007, where they were a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, they managed day-to-day on-site maintenance activities and delegated tasks to a team of 6 staff, got quotes and put together tenders, organized external contractors and spoke to clients, and worked with and supervised staff/contractors in re-wiring, plumbing, painting, cleaning and wall erection of all 40 office refits on site.

James Wyatt attended Seaford College. James also holds certifications in Asbestos Awareness, Fire Door Inspection Scheme (FDIS), IOSH, Manage a Health and Safety Project (IOSH Managing Safely Course), PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training (KUSCO), and Working at Heights (Leading Edge).
