Marco Moreno

Marco Moreno is the current TechLead Payments at Kushki. Marco has over five years of experience in software development and technical support. Marco started their career as a Jr. Developer at Sofya Systems S.A. in July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing software in languages such as PHP, Java, and JavaScript, as well as providing technical support to external customers. Marco was also responsible for maintaining the company's ERP system. In October 2017, they were promoted to Desarrollador de software, where they oversaw the development of the company's accounting software using JavaSE in backend and PHP, Javascript in Frontend technology, and SOAP services. Marco also maintained the company's mobile billing system developed with JavaSE backend, Restful services, and AngularJS in frontend. In September 2019, they left Sofya Systems to join Kushki as TechLead Payments.

Moreno has a degree in Systems Engineering and Information Technology from the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE. Marco also has certifications in Container & Kubernetes Essentials with IBM Cloud, JavaScript, Java, and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
