Viviana Poblete

Viviana Poblete is an experienced professional in account management and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Key Account Management at Kushki since June 2023, after previously holding the position of Sales Account Director there from June 2022 to April 2023. Prior to joining Kushki, Viviana spent over thirteen years at Transbank S.A., where roles included Jefe de servicio al cliente and various key account management positions, focusing on business development and client satisfaction. Viviana's career also includes educational experience as a Coordinator of Educational Programs at Instituto Profesional IPLACEX and administrative advisory roles at Universidad de Talca. Viviana holds a Commercial Engineering degree from Universidad de Talca, an MBA from Universidad del Desarrollo, and a diploma in Commercial Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
