Gabriela Toledo

Gabriela Toledo has extensive experience in the field of development and construction. Gabriela is currently working as the Vice President of Development and Construction at Kushner since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Project Manager of Development and Construction at the same company from June 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining Kushner, Gabriela worked at Miami World Center - Square Edge as a Project Manager - Construction Associate from March 2017 to June 2020. Gabriela was responsible for overseeing a residential building project and managing relationships with ownership groups.

From December 2012 to March 2017, Gabriela worked as a Project Manager at Consultatio RealEstate. Gabriela served as a point of contact between contractors and design teams for two luxury condominium building projects.

Earlier in their career, Gabriela worked as a Project Manager at The Foram Group from 2007 to 2009, where they coordinated document control in the preconstruction phase and prepared construction cost estimates.

Gabriela started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Pavarini North East from October 2003 to September 2007. Gabriela was responsible for various tasks, including resolving design issues, managing subcontractors' costs, and generating as-built documents.

Gabriela Toledo pursued a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 1997 to 2002. Gabriela then continued their education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they completed a course called "Entrepreneurship 1: Developing the Opportunity" in 2020.
