Sandi Soto, CAM, is an experienced Sr. Regional Manager currently overseeing 12 communities with 3149 units across Texas and Louisiana at Kushner. They are skilled in achieving the highest NOI through revenue maximization, delinquency management, and expense control. With a background in community management and lease-ups at companies like Hines, American Landmark Apartments, The Morgan Group, and Gables Residential, Sandi has a proven track record of success in managing various types of properties. Prior to their career in property management, they also gained experience as an Office Manager at P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Sandi values ongoing education, having attended Lone Star College and Houston Community College.
