Joseph Perkins

Joseph Perkins has extensive experience in journalism and editorial leadership, currently serving as a Contributor at KUSI Television since 2019. Prior to this role, Joseph held various editorial positions including Opinion Editor at Daily Journal Corp and Editorial and Opinion Page Editor at The Press-Enterprise. Joseph also worked as Assistant Editor of the Opinion Pages at the Orange County Register and as Business Editor at San Diego Magazine. Earlier in the career, Joseph served as President & CEO of the Home Builders Association of Northern California and was a nationally syndicated columnist at The San Diego Union Tribune. Joseph's experience includes a role as Deputy Assistant to the Vice President at The White House and an Editorial Page Writer at The Wall Street Journal. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The City University of New York.
