Marco Franz

Marco Franz has an extensive career at Küster Group, spanning from 1993 to the present, with progressive leadership roles in quality assurance and mechanical testing. Currently serving as Gruppenleiter für Qualitätssicherung, Marco oversees product and process release as well as the testing of mechanical and electronic components. Previous positions included Teamleiter Prüffeld -Mechanik and Projektverantwortlicher in der Qualitätssicherung, where Marco contributed significantly to quality management processes. The journey began with an apprenticeship as Werkzeugmechaniker in Stanz- und Umformtechnik, followed by various technical roles in quality assurance and mechanical testing, leading to a long-standing expertise in the field.
