We are a group of Human Resource veterans that became fed up with the status quo offering to the small business community. Instead of conforming to the “the new corporate” model of digitally focused self – service and call centers we decided to do something about it. We created Kustom HR out of necessity to provide the high level of service your business needs to thrive in the post -pandemic, hybrid workplace.

Our Managed HR service provides a high-touch dedicated team at a fraction of the cost so you can focus more on growing your business and less on managing employees and compliance. Our commitment is to get rid of the checklists, forms, and administrative tasks that other HR vendors “outsource” back to their clients.

Our Advisory services will solve for your insurance, PEO, technology, and recruiting needs by sitting on your side of the table. We are not loyal to any one specific vendor solution and simply put our 15+ years of experience on your team to help design, source, evaluate, and negotiate the best outcomes for your business.

You can choose to engage with one of our services by themselves however when partnered together provide the best of both worlds: The high touch service of a boutique niche service provider with the technology and cost points of the nations leading solutions.
