Nirmal Papnai

Nirmal Papnai is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and project engineering. Currently serving as an Executive-IT at Kusum Healthcare in Delhi since December 2021, Nirmal has previously worked at Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as an IT Support Engineer from January 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included backup support and client visits to notable companies. Prior to that, Nirmal held positions at PC Solutions as a Project Engineer, focusing on server installation and connectivity, and at IT Source Technologies Limited as a Technical Support Engineer, providing both onsite and remote support. Nirmal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kumaun University, Nainital, from 2011 to 2016.
