Albert Reyes

Albert Reyes is a seasoned public finance attorney with extensive experience in various law firms. Currently serving as a Public Finance Partner at Kutak Rock since July 2018, Reyes has held similar roles at Nossaman LLP and Sidley Austin, focusing on bond counsel representation for cities in revenue bond issuances and related agreements. Prior to that, at Goodwin Procter LLP, Reyes specialized in public finance matters for real estate developers, including the formation of community facilities districts. Experience also includes representation of counties, cities, and school districts in bond issues during tenure at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. Early career at DLA Piper involved corporate law, notably in a significant acquisition deal. Reyes holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor's in History from UCLA.
