Edward Gonzales

Edward Gonzales is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner in the Corporate Finance group at Kutak Rock LLP since February 2007. With a robust background in corporate law, Edward represents both public and privately-held companies in various complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and securities offerings. Previous experience includes partnership roles at Metaxas, Norman & Pidgeon, LLP; Donovan Hatem LLP; and Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., along with an associate position at O'Connor, Broude & Aronson. Edward holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Southern California.
