Victoria Donovan

Victoria (Tori) Donovan serves as a Partner in M&A, Financing, IP Licensing, and Corporate Counsel at Kutak Rock LLP. Alongside this role, Tori is an Advisor for the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado. Previously, Tori held positions as an Attorney and Partner at Stinson LLP, General Counsel at National Corporate Housing, Inc., and General Counsel and SVP at Wazee Digital (formerly T3Media, Inc.). Tori holds a Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
