Gerald (Gerry) Ignatius has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gerald (Gerry) started their career in 1982 as a Junior Assistant/Computer Operator at MMTC Limited. Gerald (Gerry) then worked as a Computer Programmer at MMTC before transitioning to the role of Manager Exports at MMTC Limited in 1992. In 1999, Gerry joined Creatus as a Manager of Business Development, where they worked until 2005. In 2003, they founded Kutir Corporation and served as its President. Gerald (Gerry) focused on helping clients leverage software talent from LATAM and also assisted US clients in finding software talent domestically. Gerry then co-founded Kutir Mobility in 2012, where they held the position of CEO. In 2015, they co-founded Kulture of Kindness. Throughout their career, Gerry has built expertise in business development, software outsourcing, and management.

Gerald (Gerry) Ignatius has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1977, they attended Santhome Higher Secondary School where they completed their high school education. Moving on, from 1985 to 1988, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at the University of Madras. Following this, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in 1993 and obtained a Diploma in Foreign Trade in 1994. Gerry continued their education in 1994 by joining the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. Gerald (Gerry) completed their MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing in 1997. Later in 1998, they pursued an additional MBA degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, and Marketing.
