Kaustubh Khandelwal has a diverse range of work experience. Kaustubh is currently working as a Product Manager at Kutumb, where they oversee product execution for retention, user growth, and monetization. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at LikeMinds and also served as a Product Management Consultant for the same company. Kaustubh also worked as a Product Owner at BetterPlace Safety Solutions. Kaustubh's earlier work experience includes being a Core Team & Growth Lead at Ithaka - Travel Social Commerce, where they were responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and execution. Kaustubh also worked as a Product Manager at the same company. Before that, they co-founded Authentic and also served as a Global Shapers Fellow at the World Economic Forum.

Kaustubh Khandelwal has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The LNM Institute of Information Technology. Kaustubh also pursued studies in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Innovate Delhi Entrepreneurship Academy.
