Erin Cotnam

Erin Cotnam has worked in the industry since 2001. Her first role was as a Customer Support Representative at Control Microsystems, where they received, evaluated, and processed incoming orders, quoted product availability and delivery information, and worked with production to meet customer delivery expectations. Erin then moved to Schneider Electric in 2009, where they were Manager of Logistics and Order Management and dedicated to improving customer service quality by analyzing and improving processes on a continual basis. In 2022, Erin began working as Director of Inside Sales at Kuva Systems, where they provide oil and gas industry customers with continuous methane and VOC emission monitoring services using cloud-connected low cost infrared cameras.

Erin Cotnam attended Carleton University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts. Prior to that, they attended St. Mary's University in Halifax, NS from 1998 to 1999.
