Harry Li currently serves as the AVP, Actuary at Kuvare Holdings, having held this position since September 2025. Prior to this, Harry was the Principal Actuary at The Standard from November 2020 to August 2025, and a Manager at Deloitte Canada from January 2018 to November 2020, where responsibilities included authoring IFRS 17 policy papers and managing global actuarial audits. Harry's earlier experience includes roles at Assuris (Canada), as the Manager of Detection and Senior Risk Analyst, where significant contributions were made to internal risk assessment processes and annual assessments of Canadian life insurance companies. Additionally, Harry has worked with Towers Watson and Canada Life in actuarial analysis and modeling capacities. Harry holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, awarded in 2010.
