Yoojung S.

Yoojung S. has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Starting with Sharp Aviation Services as an Agent, Yoojung was responsible for translation and updating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), travel documents and dangerous goods sections, as well as stationary stock control for American Airlines and contacting HQ help-desk to solve technical issues and software problems at check-in counter. In 2014, Yoojung worked as a Guest Service Agent at Etihad Airways, where they were responsible for office design work such as creating a baggage catalogue, door signs and ticketing counter board using the company official template, as well as arranging service to passengers in special needs and organizing immigration documents for inadmissible passengers. From 2019 to 2021, Yoojung worked as a Production Artist at ArcanForge, where they were responsible for UI assets, UX wireframe, promotional artwork, coloring in-game comics and FTUE artwork for a mobile game - Fetch Force. Finally, Yoojung is currently working as a Jr. Graphic Designer at Kuvio Creative.

Yoojung S. has a diverse educational background. They attended Bucheon Information Industry Highschool from 2010 to 2013, Norco College from 2016 to 2020, and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies at California State University-San Bernardino.
