Sonar Al Hajj has a strong background in Human Resources and Administration, with experience at various companies such as Kuwait College of Science and Technology, Al Babtain Group, International Trading Company, Australian College of Kuwait, ITC Promotions, M. H. Alshaya Co., and Management Plus Recruiters. Sonar holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Currently, Sonar serves as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Kuwait College of Science and Technology.
