Yousuf al-Mubarak

Yousuf Al-Mubarak is an experienced professional in information security, currently serving as Information Security Manager at Kuwait Credit Information Network Company (CINET) since February 2023 and formerly held the role of Assistant Manager in the same field. Yousuf has been an instructor at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) since March 2022 and served as Senior Information Security Analyst at the Public Institution for Social Security from January 2022 to March 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Security Operation Center Analyst at Kuwait Finance House from November 2018 to January 2022. Yousuf holds a Computer Engineering degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Portland State University, along with ESL training from the University of Oregon.
