Faten Alkadiri

Faten Alkadiri, EMBA, CPC, PAHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in building and leading human resources departments, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Kuwait English School since November 2019. Faten founded the HR department at the school, utilizing data analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance community engagement. In addition, Faten is actively involved in initiatives such as #IamRemarkable and Lean In, empowering women and promoting gender equality in the workplace. As a founder of the Odyssey Group, Faten offers HR consulting, business coaching, and life strategy services. Prior experience includes HR roles and instructional positions at American University of Kuwait and other educational institutions, complemented by a solid educational background with an Executive MBA from the American University of Sharjah.
