Dr. Nasser Alrifai

Dr. Nasser AlRifai, PMP, currently serves as Senior Advisor to His Excellency the Minister at the Ministry of Electricity & Water & Renewable Energy, focusing on strategic energy policy and renewable energy initiatives. With a diverse career spanning from evaluating mega projects at the Kuwait Fund for Economic Development to imparting knowledge as an adjunct professor in various institutions, Dr. AlRifai brings extensive expertise in project and operations management, supply chain management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Industrial Engineering and a Master's in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Southern California, along with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Previous roles also include mechanical engineering at EQUATE Petrochemical Company, where management of a large technician team was pivotal for maintenance services.
