Ahmed Hussein

Ahmed Hussein, CFM, FMVA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance and Financial Controller at Kuwait Hotels Company since April 2018, reporting directly to the CEO. With a background in financial management, Ahmed has extensive experience in preparing monthly financial results, budgets, and forecasts, while developing financial control systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Additionally, Ahmed focuses on minimizing financial risk, monitoring cash flows, and establishing relationships with financial institutions for sourcing new debt facilities. Prior to this role, Ahmed was the Finance Manager at Kuwait Hotels Company from January 2016 to May 2023 and held the same title at Safir Hotels & Resorts from June 2006 to April 2016. Educational qualifications include certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute and Global Association for Quality Management, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Zagazig University.
