Bader Al Hathal, CFA, MSF, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Assistant Investment Manager at Kuwait Investment Authority since February 2019, previously holding positions as an Investment Analyst and Trainee within the organization. Bader completed a trainee program at Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC in late 2019. Early in the career, Bader worked as a Workshop Lead at the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, developing workshops for member skill enhancement, and gained industrial engineering experience through internships at Nestlé Waters and a project focused on process optimization at Encore Composite Structures. Bader holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
