Khaled Ibrahim

Khaled Ibrahim is an experienced professional in external and international relations, currently serving as a Senior External Relations representative at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation since August 2011. Ibrahim has notably represented the Kuwait Oil Sector at the UNFCCC, contributing as a negotiator during COP 21 and in the preparations for COP 22. Previous roles include Media Relations Specialist at UNFCCC from April 2015 to May 2017 and Editor at Al Watan Daily from April 2010 to August 2011. Khaled Ibrahim holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations from the American University of Kuwait, obtained in 2010.
