Amer Atwi

Amer Atwi has a strong and diverse work experience in various telecommunications and technology companies. Amer currently serves as the Chief Consumer Officer at Kuwait Telecommunication Company (stc), a position they began in April 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of B2C at Lami Insurance Technology starting in August 2020. From June 2016 to July 2019, Amer was the Managing Director - Consumer Business at Telkom Kenya, where they led cross-functional transformation programs and implemented a successful Performance Turnaround Strategy. Amer also worked as an Industry Advisor at Helios Investment Partners from January 2016 to June 2016. In their earlier career, Amer held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Comium Gambia, where they successfully launched a Greenfield operation and achieved significant market share growth. Amer also worked as a Business Development Manager at C-Mobile/COMIUM and held various roles in business development and as an RNPO Lead Engineer at LibanCell S.A.L.

Amer Atwi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer & Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Amer also completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESCP Business School and ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL. Amer obtained a French Baccalaureate from Carmel Saint Joseph.
