Serhat Gezgin is a seasoned professional in human resources and procurement with significant experience in the telecommunications and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources & Procurement Group Manager at Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell since February 2022, Serhat was previously the Head of Human Resources at Turkcell from November 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing a technical recruitment team, designing recruitment processes, and leading a major talent program. Earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank and HR Recruitment and Business Partner Supervisor, as well as sales roles at Groupe Renault and TUPRAS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul University, a Master's degree in MBA from Sakarya University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Dumlupinar University, along with executive training from Koç University.
