Güventürk Kalaslıoğlu

He was born in 1965 in Gaziantep. He graduated from Denizli Sarayköy High School in 1982 and Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1986. Between 1997-2007, within the Uzel Group, he served in the following duties respectively; Uzel Holding A.Ş. Audit Director, Uzel Makine Sanayi A.Ş. Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs, Döktaş Dökümcülük Sanayi A.Ş. Member of the Audit Board, Uzel Holding A.Ş. Vice President of Financial Affairs, Vice President of Corporate Compliance at Uzel Corporation NV, and Board Member at Uzel Companies. He was elected as the Chairman of the Financial Advisory Committee of the İstanbul Chamber of Commerce in 2018, and this duty continues. He was appointed as the CFO of Kuzu Group in January 2021, following his consultancy service to Kuzu Group between 2011 and 2021, and his duty continues.
