Hector Panduro has extensive work experience in project management. Hector began their career as a Project Manager at Rick Engineering Company, where they worked from 1998 to 2009. Hector then joined Volt Workforce Solutions as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2012.
From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Greenstone Environmental Services as a GIS Mapper/Surveyor, where they completed Exhibit Maps for Variances and T.E.W. Hector then moved to Southern California Edison (SCE) as a Survey Researcher/Scheduler from 2015 to 2018.
In 2018, Hector joined Cupertino Electric, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager in the Utility Division. Hector assisted in project development, scheduling, material and equipment tracking, safety compliance, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Hector also coordinated the needs of linemen with the office team and created tools to track project metrics.
Hector then worked at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they provided project-related management for small to mid-scale construction projects across various markets. Hector monitored and reported on project status and performance data, identified potential stakeholder conflicts, and facilitated resolutions.
Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at kVP Energy Services, LLC, where they provide project-related management for small to mid-scale construction projects. Their responsibilities include resolving issues, managing resources, coordinating projects, and interfacing with client representatives. Hector also monitors and reports on project status and performance data and identifies potential stakeholder conflicts for resolution.
Hector Panduro attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1992 to 1998, where they studied Civil Engineering. Hector did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2021, Hector obtained a Procore Administrator Certification from Procore Technologies.
