Grethe Tjessem

Grethe Tjessem has a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Sentralbordoperatør at Kverneland Bil since May 2015, Grethe is responsible for managing the Telenor Mobilt Bedrift phone solution, ensuring a positive first point of contact for customers. Previously, Grethe worked as a Kundeveileder at Synsam Norge AS, assisting customers with purchasing eyewear and using computer systems for lens adjustments. Grethe's earlier experience includes roles as a Resepsjonist at Otium Bolig, handling reception duties and central phone operations, and as a Kundeveileder at Ålgård sko, focusing on personalized shoe recommendations for customers.
