Ruud Zwirs

Ruud Zwirs has extensive experience in product management, technical support, and employee representation within Kverneland Group since February 1995, where roles have included Senior Knowledge & Service Center Engineer, Product Manager, Chairman of the Works Council, Management Team Member, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Support Engineer. Responsibilities have encompassed overseeing product life cycles from development to phasing out, guiding employee-related matters in the works council, shaping company strategy, and managing technical services for agricultural machinery. Prior to Kverneland Group, Ruud Zwirs worked as an Electronic Engineer at Boskalis, and contributed to the Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation's taskforce for service and diagnostics. Educational background includes two Bachelor's degrees in Marionics and Maritime Radio Communication from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
