Pavel Burghelea

Pavel Burghelea serves as the Executive Administrator at KVG since January 2023, providing administrative and business management support to global subsidiary entities and holding a position on the Management Board. Previous experience includes serving as Change Management Lead at Virgin Mobile KSA, Advisor to the Director General at S.E "Posta Moldovei," and Head of the Moldova Office at Henley & Partners. Additional roles encompass expertise on data classification with UNDP Moldova, Managing Partner at Eurolex Law Firm, Deputy Director at Moldova Social Investment Fund, and various advisory positions within the Moldovan government and ministries. Pavel holds an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, a Master of Laws in International Law from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, and a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution.
