Heather Hartman

Heather Hartman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Heather currently works at KVH Industries, Inc. as the Director of Program Management for Maritime and Customer IT Services. Prior to this, they had roles as a Program Manager and Senior Director at Carousel Industries. Before that, they worked at Care New England as the Director of IS Technical Services and Process Manager. Heather also has experience at Invensys (acquired by Schneider Electric), Lucent Technologies, Triangle Wire & Cable, and Digital Equipment Corporation in various roles related to program management, IT, and telecommunications.

Heather Hartman has a diverse education history. In 1992, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island. Heather then pursued an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Bryant University between 1997 and 1999. In 2009, Heather earned a Certificate in the Women's Institute for Leadership from Bryant University again. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a Graduate Certificate in the Women in Leadership Executive Program from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business. Additionally, Heather has acquired several certifications over the years, including being a Smartsheet Product Certified User, obtaining the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Project Management Professional, CPHIMS, Process Master, and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
