Theresa M.

Theresa M. has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Theresa began their career with Herff Jones as a Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist, where they collaborated with the Finance Officer to oversee payroll and HR programs. After six years, they joined Displays2go as a Human Resources Manager, where they continued to contribute to HR functions. Following their time at Displays2go, Theresa joined Bristol Community College as a Human Resources Generalist. Currently, they are employed at KVH Industries, Inc., initially serving as a Human Resources Generalist and progressing to the roles of Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and currently Director of Corporate Human Resources.

Theresa M. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Troy University. Theresa also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Western New England University. In addition, they have two Associate's degrees, one in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician and the other in Instructor, both from the Community College of the Air Force. Theresa M. has also obtained certifications, including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in March 2021 and Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System from LinkedIn in 2019.
