Eric Bowers has extensive work experience in creative and technology roles.
Eric began their career in 1993 at JBL Patent Service Co., where they worked as a Lead Web Developer and Patent Illustrator. During their time there, they designed and implemented a web app that allowed patent attorneys to access their drawings in real-time, streamlining the patent process. Eric also created CAD illustrations of patents.
In 2003, Eric started working as a Freelance Interactive Developer and Designer, collaborating with various companies and clients to create websites, banner ads, interactive experiences, and motion graphics. Eric worked with agencies such as Deutsch, Agent-16, Trajectory, Hill Holliday, and Viva International.
From 2005 to 2009, Eric served as a Lead Flash Developer at Hill Holliday Advertising. Eric and their team were responsible for creating and deploying over 500 banner ad units for AOL.
In 2009, Eric joined Havas Worldwide New York as the Director of Creative Technology. Eric managed an integrated team of developers, motion technologists, and designers, providing assets and implementations across various media platforms. Eric worked with clients such as Volvo, Dos Equis, Schwab, IBM, and Heineken.
In 2013, Eric held the position of Technology Director at Havas Worldwide Sixth Sense, where they led a team responsible for technical aspects of production, including interactive motion experiences and 3D motion design.
From 2014 to 2019, Eric served as a Founding Partner and Creative Director at By & Large, an award-winning agency specializing in social media content and advertising. Eric was involved in various aspects of the agency's work, including 3D animation, motion design, music composition, and AR/VR design and programming. Eric worked with clients such as IBM Watson, The Weather Company, and Ashley HomeStore.
Since 2019, Eric has been working at KVIA-TV as a Creative Director, where they transformed the look of the local news station. Eric won the national Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Innovation for their virtual museum VR project called onecrazyyear.

Eric Bowers earned their BA degree in Music Composition from Kean University, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. Later, they pursued visual communication and obtained a BFA degree from American InterContinental University between 2002 and 2003.
