Erna Agnarsdottir

Erna Agnarsdottir is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Director at Kvika banki hf. since April 2021, Erna previously held the HR Director position at TM from April 2017 to April 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Consultant at Actavis from 2013 to 2017 and 2010 to 2013, respectively, as well as Human Resources Consultant at ParX Business Consulting from 2008 to 2010 and Human Resources Specialist at Nyherji from 2006 to 2008. Erna began a career in HR as a Research Assistant at Lederne - Danmarks største lederorganisation from 2002 to 2003. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Háskóli Íslands.
